DESCRIPTION:The Hancock County Delegate Nomination Meeting will be held Saturday\, July 18 at Ellsworth Middle School\, 20 Forrest Avenue\, Ellsworth. This meeting is open to anyone who was a registered Democrat in Hancock County as of June 9\, 2026. At this meeting\, participants will select delegates to represent us at the statewide Nominating Convention which will be held Saturday\, July 25 at the Bangor Cross Insurance Center. \nMeeting Schedule \n8–10am: Check-in and day-of-event registration \n9–10am: Meet the delegates / candidates social hour \n10am: Meeting & voting begins \nHancock County Participants can be verified as a voter until 8:00am Saturday\, July 18. (Two hours before the Delegate Nominating Meeting.) Prior to the meeting\, verified voters will be emailed a link so they can vote on delegates remotely if they can not physically attending the meeting. \nRegister secure.ngpvan.com/0CMatV8bNUuqRLwmhfiLYw2 \n  \nUPDATE: those of you who pre-register will be emailed a link to a ballot\, so you will be able to vote even if you cannot attend in person on Saturday morning in Ellsworth. \n\nHancock Dems who haven’t pre-registered may still participate; there will be same-day registration starting at 8am Saturday at the school. DESCRIPTION:Sullivan Daze 2026 is set to take place on July 31st and Saturday\, August 1st in Sullivan\, Maine. This two-day community celebration kicks off on Friday evening with live music (Whippoorwill Wood and Cryin’ Out Loud)\, followed by a full day of festivities on Saturday at Sumner Memorial Park.
