Our first Mutual Aid Drive, on Saturday, Nov. 15th was a huge success. Thank you to all of the generous folks who stopped by and delivered for our neighbors in need. We were able to make a large donation of coats, jackets and scarves to Community Closet 207 and they provided a list items they need ASAP:
- Boots, all ages genders/sizes
- Kids shoes
- Kids coats
- Sweatpants/jogging pants for kids and adults
- Hats, scarfs, and gloves
- Tents
- Blankets
- Sleeping bags
- Tarps
Additionally, for their Thanksgiving food drive on Saturday, Nov. 22nd, they’re looking for the following items:
- Stuffing
- Green beans
- Rice
- Boxed mashed potatoes
- Other boxed, or canned side dishes
Please help us fulfill the needs of people in our community by dropping off these or other food and winter clothing items at our office, 53 Church Street, 10am – 2pm or Community Closet 207 at 330 Water Street.
