Braver Angels Meeting with Maine Sec of State: Election Integrity
October 26 @ 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
People are concerned about election security and integrity. In an online, virtual meeting a week before election day, Maine’s Sec of State Shenna Bellows will address will address how elections are conducted and why they are safe.
We will also have discussion in breakout rooms:
- What is your greatest concern about the upcoming elections and post-election period? Are there family members or others in your circle whose concerns about the upcoming elections and post-election period are different from yours?
- What can you do now and in the following week to both encourage others to vote and spread the word that Maine elections are safe and secure? Do you know someone who says they do not plan to vote?
- Have you changed your mind during this campaign cycle, either about an issue or about the way we hold our elections? If so, what led you to change your mind?
