Cherryfield Roundtable with candidates
People Powered Maine will host a roundtable discussion on the issues that matter most to working Mainers. Local candidates Aaron Dana (ME SD #6), Jonathon Goble( ME HD #18), Roy Gott (ME HD #12), Genevieve Lemire (ME HD #10) and Keith Newman (ME HD #11) will discuss the challenges Maine faces, as well as their ideas and plans to confront them together in Augusta. Space is limited- RSVP is required. The location will be provided when you sign up to attend.
Candidates will discuss topics including:
- Healthcare as a right
- Housing affordability
- An economy that works for regular people, not billionaires
- Strengthening workers and unions
- Human rights for all
- Energy and climate accountability
- Schools we fund, property taxes we can afford
- Working lands and working waters
