Our HD15 Representative Holly Eaton (Brooklin, Deer Isle/Stonington, Southwest Harbor, Tremont) was seriously injured in a car accident on June 2nd. She underwent surgery in Bangor to repair a fractured L1 vertebrae. A few days later Holly developed a pulmonary embolism and was transferred to Portland. Rep. Eaton is still in ICU in Portland and will likely be there for multiple days.
A GoFundMe page has been created with a goal of raising $18,000 to help. All the funds received will help take care of day-to-day finances for Holly and her boys and provide financial flexibility while she focuses on her recovery.
