HCDC’s longtime stalwart leader, determined rabble-rouser, and beloved guiding light for the past many many years, Kay Wilkins has tendered her resignation as Second Vice Chair. Her irreplaceable energy and spirit will be missed. Kay will stay on as Emeritus leader, lending her experience and insight as she is able.
